I’m Emily Kieval, founder of Nectar Consulting & Coaching. I’m a leadership coach and nonprofit consultant with over 20 years of experience leading and guiding organizations. I’m also a PCI Certified Parent Coach® and educational consultant with deep experience supporting families, schools, and educators. I’ve partnered with boards to strengthen governance and strategy, guided complex teams through change, led multi-million dollar fundraising campaigns, and supported hundreds of parents and professionals in building confidence, clarity, and balance.
