Managing high-stakes leadership alongside family demands

    Building sustainable rhythms and boundaries

Leading an organization while parenting children with complex learning or medical needs

    CEO Parent Circles

Monthly CEO Parent Circles bring together leaders who are also raising families.

Each circle is facilitated by an experienced coach, who holds a structured space for participants to step back from the demands of their lives and to share reflections, support one another, and connect with peers who get it.

Areas of focus are determined by the members of each cohort and subject-matter experts may be invited to present to the group on topics of interest.

Each cohort builds a trusted circle of peers who can be counted on - whether it’s for a gut check before a tough meeting, a listening ear after a sleepless night, or a reminder that you’re not in it alone.

  • A group of four people in a modern office celebrating a success with high-fives, one woman standing and smiling, others seated at a table with laptops, coffee, and documents, large windows with city views in the background.
