Emily Kieval (she/her), founder of Nectar Consulting and Coaching, is a coach, consultant, and non-attorney special education advocate with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations, individuals, and families through complexity, change, and growth. In her coaching and consulting practice, Emily is passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals as they build lives, careers, and parenting practices that build upon their unique strengths. Emily’s clients include senior executives, clergy, public-facing leaders, and changemakers working at the intersection of policy, community, and organizational life. Her methodology integrates big-picture perspective with practical tools, helping her clients feel supported, grounded, and empowered in both their professional and personal lives.
Emily holds a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. She lives with her three children and her husband, clinical psychologist David Kieval, in beautiful Western Massachusetts.
