Emily Kieval (she/her), founder of Nectar Consulting and Coaching, is a leadership coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading and guiding organizations. Emily centers relationships and organizational strategy in her work and has:

In her coaching practice, Emily is passionate about working with underserved communities, faith leaders, LGBTQ+ leaders, and those learning how to align their neurodivergent brains with the demands of work, life, and parenting. Her clients include senior executives, public-facing leaders, and changemakers working at the intersection of policy, community, and organizational life. Her methodology integrates big-picture perspective with practical tools, helping her clients feel supported, grounded, and empowered in both their professional and personal lives.
Emily holds a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University; a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts; and has completed advanced training in business management, special education advocacy, and leadership coaching. Her career includes professional experience in healthcare, research, education, houses of worship, and human services. She lives with her three children and her husband, clinical psychologist David Kieval, in beautiful Western Massachusetts.
